New Website features business applications to expand training market

We also incorporated several calls to action on the new site, featuring whitepapers, guides and more information offers.  As a result, the firm is now receiving 20x as many Website-related inquires as before.

This innovative Salt Lake City training firm specializes in the field of coaching. 

Their previous Website emphasized the philosophy behind their coaching methodology and the implications from the perspective of the individual receiving the coaching.  However, the business case for employing their services was not clearly made.

So, working with our Web development partner, Julie Wolpers, we created the preemptive value proposition “The Workplace Coaching Resource” and emphasized the business payoffs by linking coaching with a number of important organization priorities including leadership development, change management, performance appraisals, project management and 360 assessment.  

We also incorporated several calls to action on the new site, featuring whitepapers, guides and more information offers.  As a result, the firm is now receiving 20x as many Website-related inquires as before.

Finally, we built new collateral for the firm, including an expanded service description, and embedded it in the form of easy-to-print PDFs so both prospective clients and sales channels partners can easily access sales literature.

Homepage headline pays off “The workplace coaching resource” value proposition while photo treatment dramatizes the benefits of a fired-up work force.
